Johan Varcammen is Vice President of Retail, Pepe Jeans. He joined AWWG in 2023, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail stores, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, enhancing customer experiences, optimizing sales strategies, driving growth within the retail sector, and collaborating closely with other departments to achieve our collective goals and objectives.
Johan is working closely with the Pepe Jeans Retail team that is under his leadership reporting directly to him.
With over 25 years of career in retail, Johan has great international retail experience and strong product knowledge. With a proven track record as team leader in the retail industry in companies such as Kontoor Brands, VF Corporation and Concept Fashion Store.
Johan earned a degree in Business Management and Marketing at Acebe in Antwerp, Belgium, International Communication and Media at HHTI in Mechelen, Belgium and Retail Leadership at the Vlerick Business School in Brussels, Belgium.
